Ben Rosenthal graduated from Westfield State University in 2013 with a degree in Music under the direction of Dr. Karen LaVoie. He continued his education by pursuing a degree in music therapy from Saint Mary-of-the-Wood’s College. Ben's vocational background was in music education, providing lessons in trumpet, piano, guitar, voice, and music therapy sessions. Working at Berkshire Hills is a dream job for him that greatly aligns with his values and ethics; he gets to bring his knowledge of music education, while using his education in music therapy to help build social skills and work ethics. Ben directs our chorus at BHMA, while also providing private lessons, and teaching our Music and Human Services seminar.
In his free time Ben enjoys making cosplays, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and playing with his two pet pigs!
