Rachelle Stevens

Life Skills Assistant

Rachelle has had many years working in the Customer Service field and decided to search for a better opportunity that would allow her to represent more of who she was as a person. Joining the life skills department at BHMA, as a life skills assistant, has given her the opportunity to do exactly that. Supporting others and being someone that another person can count on brings her joy. She gets to support both the residential and day students throughout the day with providing 1:1 supports, assisting with money management classes, cooking classes, as well as giving the space for individuals to gain confidence in being more independent and safe, in both their classes and out in the community.
