Sophie Andrews
Vocational Advisor
Sophie Andrews, heralding from Upstate New York comes to BHMA with an excitement for getting students involved in landing jobs, for contributing to community service, and for engaging students in outdoor gardening and farm work. She has a bachelor's degree from Hampshire College where she studied Education and Psychology and comes with teaching experience at a handful of schools around the Pioneer Valley. Her latest work has been working with children on the spectrum and through the lens of behavior analysis. Sophie is elated to be a 1 to 1 job coach who can gently guide students while they discover their passions, independence and learn life-long skills in the vocational department.
