


Andrew Lujan
Director of Music Operations
Andrew earned a B.M. in Music Education from Florida International University in 2019, after which he traveled to Bolivia with FIU faculty to prepare concert programs and lead musical workshops in collaboration with APAC – Asociación Pro Arte y Cultura. He went on to earn an M.S. in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University in 2023.
With over eight years of experience teaching private voice across South Florida and the Greater Boston area, Andrew also serves as a singing judge for the Barbershop Harmony Society. From 2019–2022, he taught General K-5 Music and First Grade Core Classroom at Summerville Advantage Academy within Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Most recently, he worked as Program Operations Manager for the College of Engineering Cooperative Education team at Northeastern University, where he managed teams,
developed organizational procedures, oversaw budgets, and implemented strategies to enhance staff engagement.
In his free time, Andrew really enjoys singing in barbershop quartets, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
