Jillian brings a compassionate, relationship-centered approach to her role as Director of Health and Wellness. A graduate of Fitchburg State University and currently pursuing her Master’s in Nursing, she has built a strong foundation in nursing management and renal care, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals and helping teams thrive.
What Jillian loves most about her work is the opportunity to build meaningful connections and make a positive difference in the lives of others every day. Her warmth, dedication, and steady presence help create an environment where people feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Outside of work, Jillian cherishes time with her two boys and can often be found enjoying the beach—
her favorite place to unwind and recharge.
