Katelynn Shea
Chief Executive Officer
Katelynn Shea joined Berkshire Hills Music Academy in March 2022 as VP of Admissions and Marketing and now serves as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to BHMA, Katelynn was the Director of Admissions at Dynamy Internship Year, where she worked closely with young adults and their families to explore alternative post-secondary pathways. Before Dynamy, she spent nine years supporting traditional and non-traditional students through the college admissions process.
Katelynn is passionate about helping young adults navigate opportunities for growth, independence, and fulfillment. She is proud to lead BHMA’s continued commitment to empowering individuals through music, life skills, and meaningful community engagement.
