Lily Ruderman
Marketing & Outreach Coordinator
Lily graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a Nexus in journalism, media, and public discourse. Prior to that, she earned an associate’s degree in communication from Holyoke Community College.
She joins BHMA from the Pioneer Valley Symphony, where she served as Registrar and Community Engagement Manager. After two years supporting PVS’s mission to connect the community with opportunities to make and appreciate music, Lily is excited to now focus her passion for arts accessibility at Berkshire Hills Music Academy.
Originally from Northampton, Lily grew up in a home filled with music and theater. She currently resides in Holyoke with her spouse and their three cats.
